Returns are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or issues from our end.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.

3. Unboxing Guidance
For any returns to be valid, kindly take a short unboxing video while opening your package. It helps us address any concerns quickly and efficiently.
4. Return Approval & Credit
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. • The credited amount will be added to your Sorayaa Wallet, accessible via our website.
5. Shipping & Courier Charges
Shipping charges will be covered by us only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Customers must arrange the return shipment themselves.
Courier costs will be reimbursed only if the defect is verified
