Orders
To place an order, simply add the products you wish to buy to your cart, proceed to checkout, and
complete the payment. An order is considered confirmed only after we have received full payment.
During checkout, you’ll be asked to register on the website to complete your purchase.
Variance in Size / Colour
Please note that the size and colour of products may appear differently on your screen due to variations in screen resolution or photography lighting.

Store with Care: Keep your jewellery in its designated case and handle it delicately.
Avoid Harsh Exposure: Keep jewellery away from perfume, water, moisturisers, soap, and sanitisers.
Separate Enamel Pieces: Store enamel jewellery separately from other metals to prevent damage and discolouration.
Wear Last, Remove First: Put on jewellery after applying makeup and perfume, and remove it before unwinding for the day.

Payment
All payments must be made online through the payment gateway, using a debit or credit card from Indian banks, net banking, or a payment wallet available on the website. The order will only be finalised once payment is received. The User is also responsible for paying any applicable taxes, in addition to the product price.

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Custom or personalised jewellery may take 15-20 business days before dispatch.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
• Standard Shipping (within India): Free for all prepaid orders.
• Express Delivery: Available on request. Additional charges will apply.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Metro Cities: 4-5 business days.
• Other Locations: 6-8 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Returns & Refund Policy
• Returns are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or issues from our end.
• We do not accept returns if a customer simply changes their mind or does not like the product.

• We encourage you to take a short unboxing video while opening your package, as it helps us address concerns more efficiently.
• Please inspect your jewellery carefully upon receipt to avoid any inconvenience.
• Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, valid for 1 month from the date of
purchase. The amount will be credited to your Sorayaa Wallet (available via our website).
• Shipping charges will only be covered by us if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Customers are required to arrange the return shipment themselves. Courier costs will be reimbursed only if the defect is verified.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed with full payment, it cannot be cancelled. However, we can issue a gift voucher of the same value, which you may use to purchase another design. The store credit will be valid for two months from the date of issue.

Repair Policy
At Sorayaa Jewels, we understand that your jewellery is precious, and we’re here to help if it ever needs repair.

Please note:
• Repairs are accepted only for products originally purchased from Sorayaa Jewels. Proof of purchase will be requested.
• Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or exposure to substances like water, perfume, or chemicals is not covered under warranty.
• Customers are responsible for sending the product securely to our team for inspection.Shipping costs to and from our facility are to be borne by the customer unless the issue is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• The estimated repair timeline will be shared after evaluating the damage and the availability of required materials.
• Repair charges will be applicable and communicated after the assessment.
